Our mission is to provide traditional fryers fare with a modern twist! We serve the much loved traditional chip shop food, fish suppers, sausages, pasties, chicken goujons, burgers and of course CHIPS! However, we like to think we are a progressive company having embraced new modern flavours and methods of cooking. We serve Smashburgers which are made by rolling the mince into quarter pound balls, which are seasoned liberally with salt then we smash them on the grill creating extra caramelised patties which stand alone in taste, texture & juiciness. We have developed our own in house Salt & Chilli spice mix that can be coated on our cod bites, chicken bites and chips! We have introduced buffalo chicken fillet burgers and chicken fillet wraps as well as an awesome Halloumi Burger. We fry and cook everything fresh to order meaning a minimum waiting time of 8-10 minutes. We do not serve fast food, we serve quality food!
Quality Produce
We take a lot of pride in supplying our customers with Quality Produce. Our chips are freshly peeled and cut from Greenaway Foods in Dungannon which we fry twice! The beef for our Smashburgers is freshly ground Glenarm Shorthorn mince sourced from Peter Hannan in Moira. Our buns are freshly baked from French Village who produce an excellent potato bun that really stands up to the juiciness of the patty. For our Chicken Goujons we ONLY use 100% Fresh Chicken Breast Fillets that are fried to order! Our fish is either fresh Haddock fillets that come from Kilkeel and our Cod fillets are frozen at sea in the North Atlantic. The chilli mince used for our home made chilli cheese fries is made in store every Wednesday and our sausages are from the world renowned McWhinneys in Bangor!
